We had a wonderful time at the resort! The cottages were clean and spacious, perfect for our family getaway. The kids had a blast at the playground and the saltwater pool was a definite highlight. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially when we had a little hiccup with our dogs getting loose. The nearby restaurants were a treat, but I wish the dining options at the resort were a bit more varied. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we can't wait to return!

Our stay at Drake's Island Resort was truly delightful! The location is just perfect, allowing us to explore nearby sites without the tourist hustle. The rooms were spotless and provided a cozy retreat after a day of fun. It's a bonus that they welcome pets, making our vacation with our furbabies so much easier. The only downside was a bit of road noise when we were in a room up front, but it's something I'd easily overlook for all the positives.

The rooms have a charming cottage vibe and are clean and cozy, perfect for a quick stay. The service from the staff was exceptional, making me feel welcome right from the start. My stay had its ups and downs. The cottages were quaint and very clean, with a lovely outdoor space. However, the outdated amenities and issues with internet connectivity were disappointing. While the owner was accommodating and the resort was dog-friendly, several maintenance problems affected the overall experience. I wish I could rate it higher, but I felt let down.
